ITINERARY
Day 1: TANGIER
At arrival, assistance and transfer to the hotel. DINNER AND OVERNIGHT
Day 2: : TANGIER – CHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS – FEZ
BREAKFAST. Departure to the Rif Mountains, where the beautiful and famous city of Chaouen is located. Short stop in this town of white houses with cobalt strong blue doors. Continuation to the Roman city of Volúbilis, it was already on the maps of the century (IV AD), visit of the archaeological area located in the center of a splendid plain and where its colonnade and mosaics stand out. Time for lunch (not included) and departure to Fez. DINNER AND OVERNIGHT.
Day 3: FEZ
BREAKFAST , full day visit of the spiritual and cultural capital of Morocco: the Karaouine Mosque and Mausoleum Moulay Idriss (exterior), Bab Boujloud, Medersa Attarine, the leather tannery and Nejarine Fountain. The Medina with its medieval charm and numerous craftsmen has been classified as ‘World Cultural Heritage Site’ by UNESCO since 1981. Fez was founded during the 8th century by Moulay Idriss and in the past also the capital of several dynasties. Lunch (not included) - DINNER AND OVRNIGHT .
Day 4: FEZ – MEKNES – IFRAN –BENI MELLAL – MARRAKECH
BREAKFAST. Departure to Meknes. Panoramic visit including the walls with its magnificent doors like Bab Mansur, Bab el khemis and continue to Ifrane, a small mountain town known for its famous ski resort. After a brief stop, departure to Beni Mellal through the small Berber town of Azrou and beautiful panoramic views of the northern massif of the Atlas and its cedar forests. Lunch en route (not included). Afternoon, continue to Marrakech. DINNER AND OVERNIGHT.
Day 5: MARRAKECH
BREAKFAST, full day sightseeing city tour including the Koutoubia Mosque (from exterior), the sumptuous Bahia Palace and the Menara Gardens. The foundation of Marrakech is dated back to the 11th century. This ancient imperial city is fascinating by its different ethnic groups, its Islamic and Arabic architecture and its colours. Enjoy the unique atmosphere on famous Djemaa El Fna Square with numerous attractions such as dancers, acrobats, snake charmers, performing monkeys and story tellers… DINNER AND OVERNIGHT.
Days 6 & 7: MARRAKECH
BREAKFAST. Free days to enjoy the beauty of this city. Possibility to make different optional excursions, such as the Ourika Valley, Esaouira. or, the eternal spectacle of “Fantasia Show”; in the restaurant "Chez Ali". DINNER AND OVERNIGHT
Day 8: MARRAKECH – AIRPORT
BREAKFAST. Departure transfer and end of our services.
